How to Organize Your Digital Photos

With as many photos as I take, it can be quite a challenge to keep them all in order. Over the years, I’ve developed a system, and wanted to share some tips on How to Organize Your Digital Photos.

#SoFabCon 2013: How Collective Bias Gets “It”

SoFabCon-006.jpg

I’ve had the opportunity to attend several blog conferences this year. Blog conferences are a great way to network with other bloggers and brands, and learn some tips and tricks to improve this little part of the web.

A few weeks ago, I had the chance to attend SoFabCon in Bentonville, Arkansas, a conference organized by Collective Bias. You may recognize Collective Bias as a company that I partner with often — in my experience, they have been the company most interested in providing quality opportunities for bloggers with competitive pay. I was excited for the chance to learn more about Collective Bias, meet some of the employees that I’ve come to know and love online, and, basically, figure out what I could do to better my relationship with them.

Thank You to the #Brandcation DESTINation Sponsors!

Destin Resort-013

While it may have looked like I just spend a weekend playing in the sun and sand during my Destin resorts vacation, I actually was there to learn from and connect with other bloggers and brands. That’s what #Brandcation is all about!

Some Thoughts on Blissdom

Blissdom-001

Last week, I attended my first “real” blogging conference — Blissdom. It was really nice to get away for a few days and be around people who “get” me and this blogging thing that I do. I got to meet lots of great people and I got to know some local bloggers a little better.

I’m still processing the experience, but I wanted to share a few of my thoughts with you before Mommy Brain kicks in and I have no recollection of the weekend at all.

Getting Ready for Blissdom!

Blissdom Business Card

Each year around this time, I see all of the bloggers I admire tweeting and posting about Blissdom, a fun, sparkly blogging conference. Well, this year, I’ll be one of them! The Blissdom organizers announced last year that they were moving the conference to the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine — right down the road from me. I couldn’t have bought a ticket any faster.
