Last week, I had the chance to take photos of our family during the holiday.
I think they turned out pretty good, considering the lighting situation in my parents’ house.
The babies’ faces look a little blown out in the one above, but other than that, I’m pretty satisfied with how the photos turned out.
Especially considering I was using the self-timer on my camera.
Imagine trying to get the attention to two toddlers, get seven other adults to pay attention and look at the camera, set the timer, run to my spot, and look like I haven’t just nearly tripped over my tripod on my way to my allotted spot.
It was a lot of fun.
Here are my mom and dad, with their dogs, Bella and Angel.
And Nanna and Pappy with the grandbabies, Hyrum and River.
My grandmother and her great-grandbabies.
Four generations. Wow.

This is my favorite photo of the day. I love this one of our little family.
If you want a good laugh, take a look at the photos I took during Christmas last year.
My oh my how our family has changed. With two new babies on the way, I can’t wait to see what we come up with next year!
Did you get any photos of your family at your holiday celebration this year?
Thanks for looking!

Beautiful family moments captured. The self timer struggle sounds like an adventure but the photos turned out amazing despite the challenges.
