San Francisco: Grace Cathedral and Lombard Street

Yesterday, I took you on Part 1 of my tour of San Francisco with Adobe for the Adobe Photography Girls Getaway.
After we left our fabulous lunch at MarketBar, we got into a super swanky shuttle (it was like a giant limousine van!) and headed out into the streets of San Francisco.
We parked after a bit and headed out on foot to a trolley stop. But along the way, we stopped at this beautiful church.

This is Grace Cathedral. Isn’t it stunning?

I love the architecture of the building.

The trees outside were blooming. It was such a gorgeous day.

Have I mentioned how much I love shooting wide angle?

This is what happens when a group of photographers descend upon a beautiful church. Meet Lotus from I Am Lotus.

Once we’d had our fill of the cathedral, we jumped on the trolley and headed for Lombard Street.

We walked down this hill on the way to the trolley. The streets of San Francisco are so hilly!

It was so funny to watch cars drive down Lombard Street. These girls came up in this cute little yellow car to take on the street.

I love the look of anticipation on the driver’s face. Should I go? Not go? Go? Not go?

GO!
Look for Part 3 next, where we’ll explore the Palace of Fine Arts!

**Disclaimer: Adobe paid for my trip to San Francisco. They flew me to California, put me up in a swanky hotel and provided nourishment for my tummy. I love their products and endorse them of my own opinion.**

Wow. There is nothing more amazing than Gothic church architecture. It is my ultimate favorite and a dream of mine is to travel the world and see all the amazind Gothic churches. The window on this catherdral reminds me of Notre Dame!

The architecture is very Notre Dame-like too! Two rectangular towers, circular window, etc. I love your wide angle shots and the lovely blossoms. Those 2 girls were a hoot to watch. Glad they weren't smashed by the black car that tailgated them!

I love the Grace Cathedral church! Beautiful! We did the GoCars while we were there. They really didn't have much power. I had to jump out and push on some of those steep hills! lol
