When it comes to summer style, there isn’t much easier than a maxi dress. And when you’re looking for easy festival style, a maxi dress — done right — is the perfect wardrobe piece.
The thing about festivals is that it’s usually pretty HOT…and when I think of being in the heat in a maxi dress, I cringe. A long skirt sticking to your legs is not fun for anyone. BUT this maxi dress excels in keeping you cool with a long slit up each side. Perfect for showing a little leg, too.
Paired with my favorite Kendra Scott necklace and a flower crown, I was more than ready to tackle any festival in this outfit. Luckily, we were spending the day at the Scarborough Renaissance Festival!
