It’s important to begin each day with a fresh start, and for most people, a flavorful cup of coffee is key. Coffee-mate has partnered with David Bromstad to launch two limited edition Coffee-mate bottles exclusive to Target.

The creative wrappers for the Coffee-mate French Vanilla and Coffee-mate Hazelnut flavors were designed by David Bromstad to represent “The Art of a Fresh Start.” With that in mind, I wanted to share a few tips to getting a fresh start each day.

1. Don’t Press Snooze!

I don’t know about you, but when my alarm goes off, I reach for the snooze button every time. Usually, that extra nine minutes involves me laying in a state of semi-consciousness dreading the sound of the alarm going off again. It just makes me groggy and grouchy and isn’t a good way to start the day.

2. Take a Moment.

When you first get out of bed, take some time to collect your thoughts. It’s important to not rush headlong into a busy day, but take some time to reflect and quiet your mind.

3. Get Dressed.

I cannot tell you how many times I’ve wandered out of the bedroom still in my pj’s, only to stay in them the rest of the day. Shhh! Don’t tell my hubby! I always feel better when I get dressed like I’m going to leave the house, even if I never leave the couch.

4. Start With Breakfast.

Duh. It’s the most important meal of the day! And part of that involves a nice and creamy cup of coffee (with your Coffee-mate creamer, of course!)

    My favorite coffee mate flavor is between two: Natural Cinnamon Cream & Cafe Mocha. Love using this stuff in my coffee, makes it taste so delightful!

    I love most of the coffemate flavors… sweet cream and hazelnut are probably my most favorite, though! I drink coffee daily so creamer is a must-have in my fridge.
