Chocolate Peanut Butter Snack Pack Parfaits

With Halloween just around the corner, I wanted to share some of my favorite easy to make desserts: Chocolate Peanut Butter Snack Pack Parfaits and Mummy Snack Pack pudding cups.

The thing I like the most about these Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits is how easy they are to make. I really love the flavor of Snack Pack pudding cups, so I decided to use those as the chocolate layer in my parfaits.

I shopped at Walmart for the Snack Packs and other ingredients for the recipe. I couldn’t resist picking up some vanilla Snack Pack pudding cups, too, and decided to decorate those to be Mummy Snack Packs.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Snack Pack Parfaits

Ingredients:
2 packages of Chocolate Snack Packs
3/4 c heavy whipping cream
1/2 c Peter Pan creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp sugar
Halloween sprinkles
Clear cups

Directions:

To make the peanut butter cream, whip the heavy whipping cream on high until stiff peaks form. Whisk in the sugar and then fold in the peanut butter.

Now, to make the Mummy Snack Packs! These are so cute, and would be so fun to serve at a classroom party. You could also give them out as treats on Halloween!

Mummy Snack Packs

Supplies:
Vanilla Snack Packs
White Party Streamers
Googly Eyes
Hot Glue

Directions:

Cut a strand of streamers about 48 inches long, then cut it in half. You’ll use one-half streamer for each Snack Pack pudding cup.

Use hot glue to secure the streamer to the Snack Pack pudding cup and begin to wrap it around the cup.

Once you have one layer done, glue on the eyes. I used glue to secure the wrap in certain spots so it would stay on better.

Finish wrapping the streamer and secure with hot glue.

There is no better combination that chocolate and peanut butter. I would not even share these with my kids, and that is a true mom confession.

The mummies are so incredibly cute! I like that they seem fairly easy to make. I tend to shy away from crafts that are too involved.
