When I was in college, my Aggie Game Day uniform was pretty simple — a Maroon Out t-shirt, shorts and my favorite A&M logo flip flops. Since then, though, I’ve grown a lot in my style and now that we’re visiting Aggieland pretty regularly to watch the games, I wanted to share a few of my outfits.
The right Game Day Style choice can elevate your outfit to something beyond the typical fan. And with maroon being such a hot color for fall, now is the perfect time to pull together a few outfits for Aggie fans.
Chambray Shirt: LOFT | Denim Leggings: HUE | Boots: J. Crew (similar) | Bag: Coach | Necklace: Dogeared
I never thought I’d be able to pull of colored skinny jeans. But last year, I discovered HUE denim leggings and fell in love. These leggings look like colored skinnies, but they are really forgiving in their shape. They hug my curves and I don’t feel self-conscious wearing them. I can’t remember the last time I wore an actual pair of jeans. Oh jeggings, where have you been all my life?
I paired these maroon skinnies with a chambray shirt for an unexpected Game Day outfit. Most fans wear their team’s colors on top — but who says you can’t mix things up and go with some colored skinnies in their color. Add some riding boots and a gold Texas-themed necklace, and you’ll turn heads at any football stadium.
Have you tried colored skinnies?

I’m a pretty huge fan of colored skinnies! I don’t have any in red/maroon though. I pretty much don’t want to wear boring old normal denim any more!
I love the look!
