During our stay at Universal Orlando Resort, Universal CityWalk and the Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar was just a short walk from our hotel.
Universal CityWalk is such a fun shopping district, offering some of the hottest, most recognizable entertainment experiences in the world with dozens of clubs, restaurants and shops. From Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville to the Blue Man Group, there is so much to see and do!
Our favorite stop was The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar, which features a fusion of yummy burgers and sushi.
We began our meal with delicious appetizers and yummy cocktails. Their fresh ingredients were the perfect compliment to bold flavors. The edamame was one of my favorites!
James ordered one of their signature burgers, and I got a bento box featuring a mini burger and some sushi. It was so yummy!
And don’t even get me started on the amazing desserts. So good!

The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar at Universal CityWalk seems like a foodies paradise. The idea of blending burgers and sushi is intriguing and your enthusiasm has convinced me to add it to my list for the next visit to Universal Orlando Resort.
