The Pack

This weekend, my parents headed on a road trip to visit my sister in New Mexico. While they are gone, we are dog-sitting their pups.

That means, my dear lovelies, that we now have FOUR dogs in our house. FOUR dogs that want attention, and loving, and try to sit on my lap and sleep on my pillows.

The weather was so nice yesterday, we went out in the backyard to play with them. And, of course, I snapped some photos of all the mayhem.

This is Angel. She just watched as the other puppies played.

Meet Bella. She was the instigator. She kept chasing Kaylee around the yard with the ball.

Of course, you already know Kaylee from her past antics. Here she is yelling at The Nerd for not throwing the ball quickly enough.

And last, but certainly not least, here’s Georgie. This is his usual position, begging me to pick him up. He’s such a momma’s boy.

The Nerd would throw the ball, Kaylee would fetch it, and Bella would lie in wait, preparing for the exact moment to pounce…

But Kaylee was too fast.

Then, they’d all chase each other around the yard. I just love Georgie’s crazy eyes in this shot.

Silly pups. They make a good pack, though.
