As for me, I did *not* totally freak out last Wednesday night when my barbecue beef brisket was featured on foodgawker. Not me. It takes more than that to make me lose my reason.
And then, an hour later, I did *not* go postal when I found out my photo was featured on The Pioneer Woman’s blog. Seriously, I would never call everyone I know just to brag about it. Not me.
Oh, and I did *not* call my hubby at work totally delirious last week because I received an ARC of Insatiable by Meg Cabot. I would *never* go ballistic and do a happy dance because she sent me a handwritten note saying she loved the blog. Definitely, not me!
As you can see, my blog has given me a lot of happiness the last few weeks. Sometimes, it seems like it’s one of the few good things in my life right now.
I’m anxiously awaiting summer vacation so that I can fully concentrate on catching up on my reading and on updating my blog.
And finally, I did *not* redesign the Not Me! Monday button from MckMama to work with the layout of my new blog. Not me! (See it there at the top… I needed something that would rotate out of the photo box on the home page…)
