With the cold weather that we’ve been having, a warm glass of low calorie mulled apple cider is just what I needed this week. This recipe uses Sweet’N Low to give the cider the sweet flavor that you crave without all the calories.

Plus, simmered over low heat on the stove, this recipe for low calorie mulled apple cider will make your house smell heavenly.

Low Calorie Mulled Apple Cider

Ingredients:
4 cups apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
3 whole cloves
1/2 tsp whole peppercorns
1 grapefruit sliced

In a medium saucepan, bring the apple cider to a boil. Reduce heat and add the cinnamon stick, cloves, peppercorns, and slices of grapefruit.

Simmer for 30 minutes, until the cider is steaming hot. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.
