Joust for the Cure at Medieval Times Dallas

October 25, 2013 by Arena Blake 5 Comments

Joust for the Cure

Disclosure: Medieval Times Dallas provided tickets to my family in exchange for this promotion. All opinions are my own.

It’s no secret that Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament is one of my favorite family-friendly spots in Dallas. If you have an aspiring knight in your family, or even an aspiring princess, it’s definitely something that you should check out.And here’s your chance, while supporting a great cause!

Now through Nov. 30, 2013, the Dallas castle will donate $5 from every ticket purchased at www.medievaltimes.com/komendallas to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Dallas County to support breast cancer research.

The campaign kicked off last week at the Komen Dallas Race for the Cure when knights participated in the race in custom-made pink tunics and handed out free pink “Joust for the Cure” t-shirts, sunglasses and crowns.

Also through November, free “Joust for the Cure” t-shirts and pink crowns are available to Dallas Castle guests upon request (while supplies last.)

To attend a show at Medieval Times Dallas and support Susan G. Komen
Dallas County, tickets must be purchased at
www.medievaltimes.com/komendallas by November 30, 2013.

Although I have not been directly affected by breast cancer, many of my friends have shared their stories this month and I am impressed by the love and support that surrounds those hurt by this terrible disease. I hope you’ll help support this effort by Medieval Times!

Have you ever been to Medieval Times?

We were just telling my son about Medieval Times today! We haven’t been in ages – what a great excuse to go.

Carrie! You need to take him – I was amazed at how entertaining the show was.

Arena – LOVE when companies support breast cancer awareness and efforts to find a cure (plus Medieval Times is too fun!)
