I’ve lived in Texas my whole life, but I’ve always been kind of blah about guacamole. I mean, I’ll eat it, but I’m not the biggest fan.
That is, until I tried this guacamole. Oh my goodness. I don’t know what it is about it. You can’t really taste the apples. In fact, I wouldn’t have known they were apples if I hadn’t been told. But it’s good. And you should definitely try it.

Thanks everyone!
Mama Gayle – I bought it at a local grocery store: Market Street. They come in all colors and are perfect for dips! 🙂

I am a guacamole addict, and this unique twist sounds great! I can imagine that the apples add a nice fresh flavor and crunch the the creamy avocados.

What an interesting addition to guacamole. I've never heard of a recipe like it. I could eat guacamole every single day and be a happy girl, so I think I may put this on my list to try out!
