A few nights ago, my mommy took me to this super-fun party where I got to meet lots of people. There were a bunch of other kids there and the other moms kept oohing and aahing over everyone. It was really cool.
After we got home, Daddy came into the house with this awesome box. He started pulling things out of it and fastening them together. It looked really neat so I wanted to help.
The next day, my mommy took me out to the car and put me into a brand-new car seat. At first, I was mad, because I don’t usually like to ride in my car seat. But soon, I realized how SOFT and COMFY this one was! There’s even this awesome pillow at the top that keeps my head from going side-to-side.
And the harness was just the right height — Mommy didn’t even need to adjust it! She just pushed this button and the headrest got higher. I didn’t even have to get out of the car seat while she adjusted it!
Pretty soon, though, I got bored. Luckily, Mommy pulled out the iPad and there was this cool little nook at my feet to set it in. I got to watch all my favorite shows.
Oh! And Mommy hung some toys from the handle at the top of the seat — it was so awesome. I got to play with my car and giraffe and it was a lot of fun.
I’m totally loving my new car seat.
