School lunches can get boring quickly, so I’m excited to share this Easy LEGO Lunch Idea with you! My son is obsessed with LEGO blocks, and he was so excited to get to try out this fun themed lunch.
Easy LEGO Lunch Idea
Here’s what you need to make this Easy LEGO Lunch Idea:
- Sandwich Bread — 3 pieces
- Mustard or Mayonnaise
- Small circular cutter
- Silicone molds
- Sides — we used almonds, carrots, and grapes
Assemble your sandwich and use a sharp knife to cut the bread into a rectangular shape. Cut six circles out of the extra piece of bread.
Use mustard or mayonnaise to attach the circles on top of your sandwich so it looks like a LEGO brick.
Fill the silicone molds with yogurt and freeze overnight to create fun blocks and LEGO men.
You can use silicone baking cups or bento boxes to separate the different pieces of the lunch.
Be sure to include Wet Ones Antibacterial Singles in your child’s lunchbox so that they can clean up after lunch! We picked some up at Target during our school shopping.
They are the perfect size to slide right in the lunchbox!
