Need a way to beat the heat of summer? These chocolate chip cookie ice cream brownies are the perfect treat to enjoy.

I don’t know about you, but this summer heat has been killing us. Every day my family is looking for a nice refreshing cold treat to enjoy. My son loves these Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Brownies.

They are SO simple to make and the Nestle DREYER’S Frozen Custard is incredible. Its flavor is so delicious. I just can’t get enough. You can find out more about Frozen Custard here.

Dreyers Frozen Custard at Albertsons

When I saw it at our Albertson’s, I knew it would be the perfect addition to these brownies. What I love about this recipe is that I can find all the things I need to make them at Albertson’s.

Click this link and search for the $1.00 off 1 DREYER’S Branded Product 32 –48 oz offer to save on your Albertson’s purchase!

Here is what you need to make Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Brownies:

  1. Pre-made cookie dough (you can choose the flavor, but we used chocolate chip and brownie mix)
  2.  Muffin tin or square pan
  3. Nestle DREYER’S Frozen Custard
  4. Your choice of toppings

Press cookie dough into a the muffin tins with your fingers. Bake according to package. Let cool for 30 minutes and then remove. Top with Nestle DREYER’S Frozen Custard and your favorite toppings.
