Need a warm, soothing drink to enjoy on a cold fall evening? This Caramel Apple Cider will warm you right up!

Now that the crisp, cool, fall air is here, I can’t stop craving everything “fall.” From sweaters to boots, pumpkin muffins to apple cider, I am into it!

When Juicy Juice asked me to share a fun fall recipe with you, I knew right away my favorite apple cider recipe would be perfect. I just can’t get enough.

Caramel Apple Cider

Here’s what you need to make my caramel apple cider:

  1. 3 Tbsp Cinnamon Dulce Syrup (recipe below)
  2. 10 oz Juicy Juice Apple Juice
  3. Caramel
  4. Whipped Cream

Because of its simplicity, Caramel Apple Cider is one of my favorite drinks to share with my friends and family for Halloween. Its rich flavor and color makes it the perfect refreshment at our playgroup Halloween party. The moms always go crazy for it!

First, whip up a batch of Cinnamon Dulce Syrup:

  1. 1 cup water
  2. 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  3. 1/4 cup white sugar
  4. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  5. 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract

Place a saucepan over medium-high heat; add water, brown sugar, and white sugar. Whisk until sugar dissolves, 3 to 5 minutes. Whisk cinnamon into sugar mixture until incorporated. Continue whisking mixture until just before boiling and syrup-consistency, 3 to 5 more minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Cool syrup completely, at least 1 hour. Pour syrup into a glass container and seal; store in refrigerator for up to 10 days.

Now it’s time to make your Caramel Apple Cider! Combine dulce syrup and Juicy Juice apple juice in a microwavable cup and heat until hot (1-2 minutes). Top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.

Makes one serving.

While the recipe is simple, you should definitely use quality ingredients when making it — they make all the difference in taste. That’s why I always use Juicy Juice when any of my recipes call for a juice product. They are 100% juice with no added sugar. It’s made from real fruit picked at its ripest, juiciest peak.

My kids are always sneaking a few sips of the juice while I am making the apple cider!

To celebrate the fall season, Juicy Juice is announcing the Fall Fun Match & Win Game. Players will be asked to turn over two cards in order to find a match.

Players who get two identical cards will be an instant winner of a $50 gift card. Players can also share on social media using the hashtag #JuicyMatchGamePromotion for another chance to play for the day. Promotion runs until 11/16.

What is your favorite treat to enjoy around Fall and Halloween season?
