Are you always on the go? Try these purse essentials to help simplify your day.
As a mom of three kids, I feel like I am always on the go. From running them around to school, music class, hockey, basketball, and friend’s houses, I am never home. That is why a perfectly packed purse is essential for me.
Not only do I have to be prepared for anything, but I also don’t spend enough time at home to get all of my tasks done that I have to bring them with me.
My Purse Essentials
I have been trying to be better about taking daily vitamins. To accomplish this goal, I’ve been carrying Centrum VitaMints with me.
Centrum VitaMints are adult multivitamins with a refreshingly minty taste you can take/enjoy any time of day with or without food or water — perfect for a women on the go.
On the same note, I try and always carry Advil with me. I use Advil tablets for headaches, minor arthritis and other joint pain, muscle aches and pains of the common cold. You never know when you are going to start feeling ill.
Living in the desert means one thing — dry lips. I always have Chapstick on me. I am loving ChapStik Total Hydration. It is 100% natural, has advanced nourishing formula with argan oil and avocado butter and rose hip oil and instantly smooths and moisturizes. Perfect for my winter dry lips.
I love that I can find all three of these essentials at my local Walmart. They are all located right by each other, making it quick and easy to pick them up.
I also always have a little bag of activities for my kids in my purse. I hate being caught unprepared while waiting for something to happen and having whiny children. I find that simple items can entertain them so easily and it engages their minds. Some things I keep in there are crayons, small games, stickers, etc.
I also find that compartmentalizing your purse makes life so much easier. With everything organized, it is easier to find what you are looking for quickly, keep track of what you have with you, and remember all that you have to do.
What you do never leave the house with?

My cart almost always also contains supplements or vitamins. This is now the norm for my family, since tests often show a deficiency of one or the other. Last time I bought myself vitamin b6 – https://shop.nutrichem.com/products/b6-sap which is helping me now
