Sesame Street Live – Dallas, Texas #VZWA

Sesame Street Live-016.jpg

Last weekend, we had the chance to see the Sesame Street Live Dallas, Texas, show at Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie. I knew Andrew would LOVE this show. So even though he was feeling a little under the weather, we decided we couldn’t miss seeing Elmo and his friends.

I’m so glad we did, because Andrew had a BLAST! Our seats were so great! Andrew was completely immersed in the story. He loved when the characters would come onto the stage and kept “talking” to them!

Decade of Kissimmee Memories

Old Town

The Nerd and I have a thing for musicals. We’ve seen The Addams Family and Peter Pan together, so this date was really a no-brainer.

Valentines Day 2013-12 copy

I am THAT mom. I am the one who will use any excuse to take photos of her child. Christmas cards, schmishmas cards. We send Valentine’s Day and Halloween cards, too.

But sometimes, the little ones aren’t so cooperative when Mommy pulls out her camera. So if you’re like me and you’re looking for some fun ways to capture your kid in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, here are some things that worked for us.
