This week, we are leaving for a two-week trip to Paris. While I am really looking forward to it, I know that Paris in November is rainy and drizzly and cold — nothing like what we’re used to here in North Texas.
I knew I’d need to update Andrew’s winter wardrobe for the trip, so I turned to Cookie’s Kids, the world’s largest kids department store. Originally known for school uniforms, they have expanded to include all kinds of kids clothes. They have seven locations in the NYC area in Bronx, Brooklyn and Jamaica, as well as online at CookiesKids.com.
Andrew had several long-sleeved shirts and a few pair of pants. So I really wanted to focus on getting him some more jeans and a heavy coat. Since my shopping list was short, I headed straight to the website.
After looking around the site for a bit, I chose the Levi’s 549 “High Tide” Relaxed Straight Jeans, Pelle Pelle “Falklands” Snorkel Parka, and P.O.X. Boys “Granitas” 3-Piece Gift Set for Andrew. I knew each of these items would enhance his winter wardrobe.
Plus, Cookie’s Kids offers the Alva Kids sizing app to help you find exactly the right size for your child. How awesome is that?
When our package arrived in the mail, I couldn’t wait to try out the clothes!
The coat was too big for Andrew, but luckily, it fit my nephew, Eli, perfectly. And the hat, scarf and jeans were SO CUTE. I think they will be perfect for our trip!
