One Year (and a Giveaway!)

Saturday was the one-year anniversary of my very first blog post.
It was nothing special. In fact, it had no pictures!
Definitely not something you’d see on the site today.
I think I’ve come a long way in a year.
I’ve posted lots and lots of baked treats, read far too many books and attended my fair share of video game conventions.
I’ve learned how to actually use my camera and I think my photography has improved greatly.
This blog has been such an amazing creative outlet for me. Every day, I look for things that I can post and talk about. It’s seriously one of my favorite things to do!
And I hope it only gets better!
I truly cherish each one of you — the connections we’ve made and all the people I’ve had the chance to get to know.
So for that, I’m holding a contest of epicness to celebrate the last year of memories.
The grand prize?
A shiny new Amazon Kindle WiFi.
