Leprechaun Cookie Bark

February 28, 2012 by Arena Blake 10 Comments

Leprechaun Cookie Bark

St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and I’ve been DYING to get in the kitchen and do some baking. I found this really cute recipe on Pinterest, and knew I HAD to make it!

It is super-yummy… I could seriously eat a whole bowl of this by myself. I may have had a few too many pieces…

Ingredients:
1 pkg Thin Mints, crushed
Thin Pretzel Sticks
Green and Brown M&Ms
1 bag milk chocolate candy melts, melted
Shamrock sprinkles
White chocolate candy melts, melted

Directions:

On a baking sheet lined with wax paper, evenly spread the pretzel sticks, M&Ms and Thin Mints. Reserve some M&Ms to sprinkle on top.

Melt the milk chocolate candy melts and spread the mixture evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the shamrock sprinkles and reserved M&Ms on top.

Drizzle with melted white chocolate candy melts.

Allow to harden and break into pieces to serve.
