As a proud Texan, I am always up for dinner at a good steakhouse. And some of the best, like Hoffbrau Steaks, can be found here in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
The menu at Hoffbrau Steaks boasts traditional Southern classics, like fried okra, with a twist. Some of the items that caught my eye included Broccoli and Jalapeño Cheese Soup and Cajun Tilapia Salad.
The Nerd and I recently had lunch at the North Dallas location, and we sampled some of their dishes. I really enjoyed the Fried Okra with Spicy Ranch Dipping Sauce and their Sirloin was tender, juicy and just plain good. The Nerd had the Dr Pepper chicken and raved about it the rest of the day. We walked away with full bellies and a sense of satisfaction.
I think we’ve found our new favorite DFW chain!
It was a great lunch and we had a fabulous time. I can’t wait to go back and try some of that soup!
