Earlier today, I had the chance to peruse the Christmas in Cowtown Holiday Market. Oh my, was it wonderful!
I’m totally hankering for some holiday cheer, and today’s event just put me even more in the mood for jingle bells and ornaments!
There were lots of fabulous things for sale in the market, including gourmet soup and drink mixes, children’s and adult clothing, toys and much more!
But my favorite part was all of the holiday decorations!
I’m in serious need of some matching stockings for our mantle, and these certainly would be adorable!
My sister-in-law, Alex, brought Eli and River with us to the market. River had so much fun looking at all the pretty, shiny things. She even asked if Santa Claus would be there! Sadly, we didn’t see Kris Kringle, but that didn’t dampen her mood!
I especially love these red and green curly q’s… they would be PERFECT for our Christmas tree. So perfect that I bought three sets, along with some of the metal ornaments this shop offered.
River loved stopping at all the toy vendors, especially this one with these cute sock monkeys climbing the Christmas tree.
And just look at these cute holiday outfits and stockings! This was NOT an easy thing for a mother-to-be to walk away from!
Of course, it couldn’t be Christmas in Cowtown without some fun Western decorations!
I especially loved this Christmas tree made of boots. Isn’t it awesome?
The event was wonderful and I highly recommend it to help you prepare your home for the holidays!
I was able to score some super-cute decorations and now I am DYING to put them up! The Nerd has put his foot down, though, and I’m not allowed to hang any Christmas decorations until AFTER November 1.
But you know once November hits, it’s ON like DONKEY KONG.
Here are the details, if you want to check out the event:

You can decorate in Nov? My hubby puts his foot down and I can’t decorate until the month of the holiday. 🙁 I refuse to go up to the attic so I’m at his mercy. Lol. That place looks fun. I will have to see if we have something like this where I am.

Oh, that’s so awesome!
But I’ve never been there, and I live here in Dallas!
I need to go!

Do you know the company that had the curly q’s? I bought the green ones in hope that I could find the red ones. Thanks!
