A few weeks ago, Andrew and I headed out to the Dallas Zoo to meet my mom, River and Eli. It was sunny and warm and we’d been cooped up inside for too long, so a trip somewhere fun was definitely in order. I’d read online that there were pony rides at the Lacerte Family Children’s Zoo in the Dallas Zoo, but didn’t realize how much more it had to offer.
