A while back, I made Irish Carbomb Cupcakes with Bailey’s Buttercream Frosting. The frosting was the best part of the cupcakes.
So, I wanted to make some more baked goods that incorporated the rich, smooth taste of Bailey’s Irish Cream.
But what could I make that wouldn’t completely melt in this Texas heat?
When I found this recipe, I knew these cookies would be divine.
They are chewy and sweet. They smell (and taste!) like Bailey’s.
So rich. So smooth. So yummy.

I just made these! Thanks for the delicious recipe!
You say half a cup of butter. I buy it in sticks and it goes by the tablespoon so how many tablespoons is that?
Thanks!

1/2 cup of butter is 8 Tbsp of butter or 1 stick of butter. ๐
