Now that school is out and summer is here, I wanted to share our Summer watch list on Netflix.
Pie Five is our family’s favorite place to get pizza here in Dallas. We like to go for dinner, then head to the park for the rest of the evening. Andrew loves it so much — he calls it “the pizza place.” So when we got the chance to visit and try their new summer pizzas, we were so excited!
I made these Frozen Fruit Kabobs for a summer picnic in the sun with Banana Boat as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars. #BestSummerEver
Summer is in full force at our house, with days spent outside at the pool, splash pad, or park. A great summer snack is a must when spending a lot of time outdoors, and these Frozen Fruit Kabobs have quickly become a favorite.
Last week, we had the chance to check out the all-new Pacific Point Preserve and Sea Lion High at SeaWorld San Antonio. The sea lions are one of my son’s favorite animals in the park, so we’ve really missed them during construction. He was so excited to get to see them again!

As a mom, one of the things I dread most is taking my little man to the doctor. Hauling a sick kiddo out of bed, into the car and to the pediatrician is the stuff of nightmares. Waiting rooms? No, thanks. And it never fails that my kiddo is sick at the most inconvenient times.
But no more. Now, you can get Pediatric Urgent Care in your home with PediaQ, a new app that launched this month in North Dallas.
