I am a guacamole addict, and this unique twist sounds great! I can imagine that the apples add a nice fresh flavor and crunch the the creamy avocados.
What an interesting addition to guacamole. I've never heard of a recipe like it. I could eat guacamole every single day and be a happy girl, so I think I may put this on my list to try out!
